Strength Lung and Large Intestines
Each of our fingers and thumbs are connected to a different organ. It is Autumn in the Northern Hemisphere now so it’s Lung and Large Intestines season. Do this exercise every day for 2 minutes on each finger as shown. The index finger belongs to Large Intestines and thumb belongs to Lung. I love my medicine due to its simplicity and there are so many simple things we can do to keeping away external invaders and sickness from our organs and body.
