Turmeric latte


Turmeric Latte: a beautiful Liver detox and perfect way to start the day.


Ingredients:

4 teaspoon turmeric powder

2 teaspoon ginger powder

1-2 teaspoon cinnamon powder

Pinch of black pepper

2 teaspoon raw honey

1/2 cup organic pure coconut milk

Boiling water


How to make:

Fill your mug half way with water.

Add the turmeric and ginger.

Cover and allow to steep for 10-15 minutes.

Add black pepper, cinnamon, and honey.

Fill the rest of mug with coconut milk.

Stir and enjoy.
