Acupuncture - one of the many things I help people with year round is immune function. Earth destroying virus or not, it’s part of what I do on a regular basis as a TICM doctor.

Studies show regular acupuncture treatments can actually increase the number of T cells the body produces. T cells destroy harmful bacteria and viruses in the body.

⁣Herbs - Turkey tail. Not actual turkey tail, because surely there is someone out there who will read this and literally go but a turkey for its tail.

The turkey tail mushroom has been shown to modulate the immune system, helping fight infections, illness and diseases. It’s rich in polysaccharides which he’ll support immune system function.⁣

Cordyceps ⁣- Research has shown that when human cells are exposed to cordyceps, special proteins that increase inflammation in the body become suppressed⁣.

Chinese & Islamic herbal medicine - Islamic & Chinese herbs have been used for centuries to help combat all sorts of viruses and germs. In fact, it’s at the forefront of treating the 'virus' in China. Health authorities in Beijing announced on February 24 that 92% of patients showed improvement after treatment with TCM.

Vitamins: please remember you need fully functional Kidneys & Liver to synthesise vitamin D.

Vitamin D - increase your intake via foods and outdoors, but also consider amping it up during this period. ⁣
