Rest: fatigue is one of the main reasons for cravings, make sure to sleep early and well. If you are overworking, make sure to fuel your body well with proper meals, whole foods and warm teas.

Breakfast: start your day with a sweet potato or congee. You will notice that these types of meals not only keep you full and satiated, after a few days your waist will feel flatter and you may not experience any cravings because your digestion will be functioning better.

Bone broth: is rich in amino acids and gut loving nutrients will help ward off intense craving and boost your digestive function.

Indulge: treat yourself. In TICM, we always say everything in moderation, just as long as you will feel good mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically during and after you eat it.
