Spine and neck tension
For tension in the spine and neck, do the exercise below. Also great if you have any issues with the spinal column and nerves. Do the exercise on both feet as often as required. This should assist with headaches, migraines and draw down any heat from the upper body in particular the head.
First release the tension in the spine by twisting your foot.
Then massage your big toe.
Finish off with twisting your big toe to release all tension in the neck.
Please apply the pressure that is suitable for your needs. I am heavy handed so use heavy pressure on myself but I am always gentle on patients.
