This movement stimulate Liver, Gallbaldder, Spleen, Kidney, Bladder channels. It helps the circulation of the whole body. The lower legs can be considered the second Heart, see previous post why.
Scrape as shown for 1-3 minutes on each side, for each leg. The inside channels are Liver, Spleen and Kidney. The outside are Gallbladder and Bladder channels.
Then press on points BL40 known as Middle Bend and BL57 known as Mountain Support located on the back of the leg, 5 times each, on both legs.
