Qigong



Qigong was originated as a dynamic meditation, to allow Taoist masters to keep their muscles relaxed, supple and strong after hours of sitting meditation but without breaking their focus. They realised it has astonishing benefits mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually plus weight loss⁠, increased energy levels⁠, relief from joint and muscle pain⁠, better sleep⁠, more flexibility.

Note: those of you who know what salaah is, if you do the salaah postures correctly, there are so many ailments you can eliminate with salaah alone or even keep diseases at bay.
