Ingredients:

2 pitted dried jujubes dates

1 tablespoon of dried goji berries


Put goji berries and jujubes in your mug.

Add boiling water and let steep for 5 minutes.

Drink tea and eat dates and berries.


Goji berries are beloved by the Liver organ system for their ability to help our eyes, mood, digestion and support the Kidney and Lung systems. They are a superfood to be consumed regularly. They taste amazing.


Jujubes are a Liver superfood because they replenish and nourish the Blood, which is stored by the Liver. Many health issues like migraines especially ones around the period, or fatigue, mood swings, Stomach imbalances are due to lack of adequate Blood.


This combination along with warm water aids in digestion, circulation and detoxification.
