Nausea


Reduce nausea and motion sickness by warming up your Stomach with this easy task. On the inner wrist is PC6 which is Inner Pass in English. It is located between the tendons of the wrist about 3 finger widths from the inner crease of the wrist. Get some masking tape or plaster to secure a slice of fresh ginger to the point. Do this on both wrists for 20-30 minutes. If you don’t have fresh ginger, make a paste using ginger powder and tape that.

Note: not recommended for children and pregnant women as the skin may be sensitive. Instead you can stimulate this point by rubbing it to help morning sickness or nausea.
