Hiccups


Hiccups happen when your Stomach rebels which we call Rebellious Stomach energy (Qi) in TICM. Instead of the flow of Stomach going downwards in its rightful direction, it decides to go upwards instead as you have done something to upset him. So do this exercise when you get the hiccups to help your Stomach. Do it for about one minute twice a day of your suffer regularly.
