Strengthen your eyes


If you suffer from eye strain or any eye discomforts, try these two very simple yet effective techniques.


Warm your hands by rubbing them together. Place them over your eyes, cupped over them. Stay there for at least one minute. Do it anytime you feel eye strain and at least once daily


Using your index and middle fingers, swipe them over your eyes, starting from the inner eye and working out, gently. Do this 10-50 times once daily.


Eat goji berries (Gou Qi Zi) or make a tea with a few goji berries eating the berries at the end, take some after to nourish your Liver and further strengthen your eyes. Our Liver is the organ system that governs our eyes.
