Detox flouride

Steps toward curbing your fluoride intake can be taken. If you live in an area with fluoridated water, it is recommended to drink purified or distilled water. Although, this means the minerals are removed which is not a good thing for your overall health. Taking a supplement of fulvic acid can counter this issue.

Another consideration to avoid fluoride is installing a

water purification or fluoride filtering system in your home. Brita water filters do not remove fluoride. Zazen or Southern Cross Pottery best in Australia and Nikken in UK in my professional opinion.

How to detox your body of fluoride:

Exercising allows the body to aluminate all types of toxins, including fluoride, from the body in sweat. I do not have time for exercise anymore so I do gua sha using a jade comb in the shower.

Magnesium is a useful supplement that inhibits the absorption of fluoride into the cells. Boron is known to be an effective way to detox fluoride. I get magnesium from the clay I eat or from nuts.

Iodine is clinically shown to increase the amount of fluoride in urine, expelling it from the body as calcium fluoride. Be aware, this may be depriving your body of calcium so make sure that you take calcium supplements to counter this problem. I get my iodine and calcium from sea moss, bladderwick, kelp or other sea vegetables. Additional calcium uk dark green leafy vegetables.

Liver cleanses are very effective way for eliminating not only fluoride but also other toxins that congregate in the Liver. I cleanse my Liver with unripe oranges that are still green as they contain chlorophyll as well as vitamin C.

Tamarind is commonly used in Ayurvedic medicine. The pulp, bark and leaves are used to make teas, which have been shown to eliminate fluoride through urine. NOTE: I do not recommend if a woman is pregnant as from my perspective it has the ability to abort baby but others may have different views so if you are pregnant, please take at your own risk. I get both sweet as well as sweet and sour/sour flavours from Asian/Indian stores.
