Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please give us more than 48 hours notice. For cancellations or rescheduling of 48hrs or less, we will retain £50 and 24 hours or less, full session fee will be retained. If you have paid by EFTPOS, we reserve the right to retain £10 card processing and admin fees.
