We will also send you details of things you can do at home in terms of dietary care and general care of teeth. Dried herbs will need to be cooked up whilst powder can simple be mixed in a glass of warm water and used as a mouth wash. It is a food supplement so you can drink it, however, we do not recommend drinking if you have swished in your mouth. Alternatively, with the powder, you may make into a paste and apply to gums, tongue and other affected areas.
