Menses (Blood Deficiency - Cold) is designed to address cold extremities caused by Blood deficiency combined with Cold invasion. This formula works by nourishing the blood, warming the channels, and improving circulation to the hands and feet. 
 
Cold Hands and Feet: Treats extremities that feel icy or numb, specifically when the cause is a lack of blood supply and cold blocking the vessels.
Raynaud’s Disease: Often used for conditions involving microcirculation disturbances in the fingers and toes.
Menstrual Pain: Can be effective for primary dysmenorrhea where cold and blood stasis are factors.
Arthritis and Joint Pain: Sometimes applied for chronic pain, such as knee osteoarthritis, aggravated by cold.
Slow-healing Sores: May assist in wound healing, such as diabetic foot ulcers, by improving local blood flow.
