Patients frequently experience urgency, frequent urination, clear and prolonged urination, along with lower back pain and a cold sensation in the lower abdomen.  Primary function to warm the Kidney and consolidates essence to reduce excessive urination, particularly at night. Frequently used for overactive bladder (OAB) symptoms, nocturnal enuresis in children, and urinary issues in elderly patients, such as chronic UTI symptoms or weak bladder control.
