The more we are clear and connected to ourselves, the more we can feel our intuition without a doubt.This is always true but even more so as of late when our entire world is going through a major shift in consciousness.We are being told what to think and do, especially when it comes to our health.This is a reminder to not get caught up in fear.
Get restorative rest, receive direct sunlight daily, ground every day, walk in nature, turn off your Wi-Fi and television, phone, read, journal, meditate, use herbs, drink warm water, eat to nourish your entire being and I guarantee you, you will feel new. You will heal deeply, by supporting and cultivating energy (Qi).
Cut out all processed foods, people, and things.
Surround yourself with those who inspire you and make you feel good. Pivot towards everything that makes you feel good and go through the process(es) to do so. It is a rewarding journey.
Be clear and think clear. Remove beliefs that no longer serve you.
