In TICM we don’t believe in DIEt’s, BMI, calorie counting, ideal weight and all the other non sense that we have been taught. I don’t care how big you feel you are and most people see themselves as fat. I do not see you as fat I can promise you. Majority of the time it is fluid retention known as Damp in TICM as the digestive organs are not functioning. If you are one of my patients, please speak to me about your concerns and we can get through this in a sensible manner. The western madness has always been there to set you up to fail. And when you fail, how do you feel yet you fall for their deception again and again. Here in this picture is a list of foods to get you going as it assists in losing belly ‘fat’. There is also a method to cooking and eating our foods too. My fellow Chinese medicine doctors should know this method which I won’t go into but as for the Muslims it is the Sunnah method and I will be shocked if you tell me you don’t know. Chinese use chopsticks, Muslims use 3 fingers and I will let you make the correlation and work out the beauty behind it. So throw away your western madness of using knives, forks, spoons and whatever else you use. I am actually so proud how many Australians actually use chop sticks ❤️❤️❤️
