Milk and dairy products which exacerbate phlegm and dampness.


Cold drinks and raw foods: these take more Qi (energy) to process than warmer foods and drinks. Because it is likely that the Stomach and Spleen are already weak if PCOS is present, you want to focus on easily digestible foods. Think of lightly steamed vegetables, some rice and a few ounces of protein, drizzled with lemon and olive oil.
