Internal cleanse

Time for some internal house cleaning please with a

Liver, Kidneys, Blood, Intestines cleansing and fortifying smoothie. You shall notice a huge difference in overall health, healing of various symptoms/inflammations and improved appearance after following a cleansing for 4-8 weeks along with intermittent fasting of 12-13 hours which I do daily. A great time of year to follow a cleansing diet is in the spring leading up to summer.


Coriander, parsley, avocado, beet, carrot, celery, kale, cucumber, lime, filtered water and a dash of spirulina. Add ginger to warm up as well as black pepper to help digestion.
