Heart issues?

Beginning from the tip of the middle finger up through the arm to the chest is the Pericardium meridian. On the inner wrist sits Pericardium 6 known as Inner Pass in English. Pericardium and Pancreas are the two most overlooked organs in mainstream medicine.

This point has many amazing uses but is notable for its ability to regulate the Heart and induce a calming effect on the Spirit. It helps treat Heart palpitations, irregular Heart beat, irregular Heart rate, Heart pain, chest pain, asthma, anxiety, insomnia, stress, irritability, and fear.

It is also a wonderful point for improving morning sickness, nausea, vomiting, seasickness, motion sickness, post surgical and chemotherapy induced nausea and vomiting.

Through stimulating this point, the chest opens, relieving stagnation and tightness.

Locate the point which is between the tendons of the inner wrist, 3 finger widths up from the inner crease of the wrist.

Stimulate the point by either rubbing or pressing for 3-5 minutes on each side 2-3 times per day.
