Although I am not a fan of sweet corn as majority are GMO, if you can get hold of non-GMO, do not throw away the silk corn. You can do two things:
1- save the corn silk and save them in the fridge in a airtight container which shall last few weeks.
2- dry them and store them in an airtight container and leave them in the dark cupboard.

- bed wetting
- kidney stones
- fatigue
- diabetes
- high cholesterol
- congestive heart failure
- hypertension (high blood pressure)
How to use:
Handful of corn silk in some water and boil until it looks like a caramel liquid. Strain and enjoy. Add lemon juice for taste. Lemon juice is great for blood circulation hence why great for heart health.
