Beautiful neck

Strengthen your neck with gua sha and acupressure to tighten the neck and prevent loose skin.

The points used are:

San Jiao 17

Stomach 11

Conception Vessel 23 Begin at SJ17, glide gua sha at 45° degrees with gentle pressure, in a downwards motion for 1 minute as shown.

Then use pressure with your finger to hold each point for 5 seconds and stop, repeat until you reach one minute. Begin at point SJ17, then ST11 and finally CV23.

These points are main ones in order to open up the circulation to allow energy (Qi) and Blood to freely flow in an area which can become stagnated easily.
